A Day of Centering Prayer & its Relationship with Contemplative Prayer The method of centering prayer will be taught and practiced during this program. We will explore the nature of contemplative prayer and centering prayer. We will reflect on the relationship of centering prayer to meditative prayer and vocal prayer. |

He will lift the weight of distress from us. |

Addictions One does not have to be addicted oneself to be powerfully impacted by addiction. Whether it is alcohol, drugs, gambling, food, love/sex, work, overspending/debting, or nicotine, all have an effect on numerous other people. An invitation to healing and recovery for those addicted in any way & for those who love them. Also, for those who grew up in alcoholic homes, or other dysfunctional family systems. Addiction is a family disease! Come and let God change your life! |

Day for Married Couples - How to Keep Your Love Tank Full The day will focus on the five love languages of: Words of Affirmation, Quality Time, Receiving Gifts, Acts of Service, and Physical Touch. This is based on the book by Gary Chapman. We want to help you discover your primary love languages and how to keep the Love Tank full. There will be time for dialogue and blessing. |

A Day of Healing - Healing Anxiety and Depression Whether mild or severe, anxiety and depression affect both mind and spirit and can be a significant barrier to health and wholeness. This day will focus on a better understanding of anxiety and depression, on alleviating symptoms through psychological means, and on healing root causes through prayer. |

This day will focus on how we can move onward, beyond these feelings, to experience healing, freedom, and peace through God’s guidance, grace, and healing love. |

A Day for Caretakers Caring for a loved one can be a rewarding fulfillment of God's call in our lives. However, it is critical to approach caretaking with balance, or we run the risk of experiencing "compassion fatigue," which can include stress, exhaustion, and depression. Drawing from Christian psychology, we will focus on how caretakers can better care for themselves and be sensitive to their own limits while remaining faithful to God's call. |

Moving from Fear and Stress - Finding Trust and
Peace Fear and stress can be significant barriers to health and wholeness, both psychologically and spiritually. We will take inventory of our own sources of fear and triggers for stress and leverage wisdom from Christianity and psychology in order to move closer to the peace that God intends for us. |
